"Rock'n'Roll Dreams" is Jann Wilde's first career spanning collection featuring 24 songs from five albums, Tokio Okei (2007), Neon City Rockers (2008), Don't Play With The Flame On Your Hand (2010), The Saturnettes (2011) and The Saturnettes II (2013). BIOGRAPHY

My name is Jani Tuovinen alias Jann Wilde. I'm a singer-songwriter from Tampere, Finland. The Saturnettes are my indie/pop project, a moniker I use to do music. The first Saturnettes album - called The Saturnettes - came out in 2011.

Some have said The Saturnettes sound a bit like David Bowie, The Cure, Ultravox, Visage and The Jesus & Mary Chain which I don't mind at all because they're my favourite groups.

Before I founded The Saturnettes, I made three albums and some singles fooling around as Jann Wilde. I started out with the EP "Boys Out of New York" in 2004. A few years later came Tokio Okei (2007), then Neon City Rockers (2008) and finally Don't Play With The Flame On Your Hand (2010).

I formed The Saturnettes in 2010, keen to create something with a more suitable logo to make a better t-shirt. I asked my mates Kaide, Risto and Henrika to join, and together with a drum machine nicknamed Beat Pest we toured Finland and released the album "The Saturnettes" in November 2011. During the following summer we took a break, and we all focused on other projects. I went to finish "No Return", an album by 60s influenced band Volter which I started with my friend Antti way back in 2002.

Later in 2012, I teamed up with German lyricist Kiki Sudden, and we started working on the second Saturnettes album. Henrika, Kaide and Risto also came to help me once again with the new record.

It will be released November 1st, 2013. Sweet.
